Completed in 2025, Hamptons by Rose is a mixed-use development located at Fisher Road, Dee Why. The development comprises approximately 130 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across three buildings, alongside 320m² of business space within a heritage building. Two levels of basement car park services the residential component of the development.
ptc. was engaged by Richard Crookes to provide traffic and civil engineering services during the Design Development and Construction stages. Our traffic team finalised the basement and driveway designs, working closely with the project architects to deliver for-construction drawings. We also prepared the Construction Traffic Management Plan and provided Construction and Occupation Certificates for traffic-related components.
Our civil team has been collaborating with Richard Crookes to deliver an intersection upgrade at Fisher Road and Lewis. The upgrade included the addition of a pedestrian crossing phase, along with associated signage and linemarking. The intersection includes a number of constraints including provision for the adjacent Fire and Police Stations. The team also provided advice on erosion and sediment control during construction and the Traffic Signal Design (TCS) for the upgraded intersection, securing approval from TfNSW for the adjusted site layout.
