National Parking Association launches parking industry Peer Networks

Last
week, the US based National Parking Association (NPA) officially launched an
industry program called Peer Networks, an international series of peer topic
and trend discussions on leading parking and transportation industry issues.

The
Peer Networks have been created to provide an opportunity for parking and
transportation professionals to build industry connections, learn best
practices and discuss topics of interest.

Four
different Peer Networks have been created, representing different sub-segments
of the industry. These include the Off-Airport Peer Network, the Government,
Institutional and Non-Profit (GINP) Peer Network, the Certified Parking
Professional (CPP) Peer Network and the Valet Peer Network.

“Peer
networks provide our members with an opportunity to discuss specific issues
exclusively with their counterparts around the world so they can share
successes, challenges and best practices, make meaningful connections and learn
from each others experiences”, said Christine Banning, NPA president. NPA
offers leading industry benefits that bring the power of knowledge and networks
together to discuss critical industry issues that have immediate impact on
citizens, clients and communities.
