Charter Hall recently announced the commencement of the main works construction at Chifley South. Built was awarded the construction contract for the new tower which will be located adjacent to the existing Chifley North.
The new development aims to be the primary choice for top tier Australian businesses and the evolution of Chifley. To continue the precinct’s reputation as a powerful corporate address, the project includes:

ptc. has been engaged by Charter Hall in multiple stages of the project. We provided advice during DA process and now have been novated to assist Built with the construction stage.
