Adelaide City Council stands firm on parking tickets

Being ‘bitten by a wombat’, ‘trapped at the zoo’, or ‘not able to read the parking sign because I am legally blind’ are not excuses that will be accepted by the ACC, although having your car stolen is a legitimate excuse; despite our recent post of an Adelaide resident being fined twice even though his car wheels had been stolen and the car was up on blocks.
