The December results of the Davis Langdon Sentiment
Survey show a steady sentiment in the industry. Those
surveyed continue to face the same challenges and there is a mixed outlook in
terms of workload, with some in the industry upbeat about their prospects,
while others are competitively tendering for a relatively small pool of work. Davis
Langdon believe that the results suggest that finance, planning processes and
industrial relations will continue to play a pivotal role in the successes and
failures of the property and construction industry in 2011.
